The Executive Search Owners Association, located in DFW, Texas, is a consortium of Executive Search Firm owner/operators specializing in contingency, contract, and retained search. The ESOA meets monthly for the purpose of sharing state of the art practices, investing in resources which enable us to consistently improve our level of service, and encompasing all aspects of managing and directing a successful premium search firm.
The ESOA welcomes new members who are also owners of independent search firms; be they single operators or multiple recruiter operations.
