The Executive Search Owners Association (ESOA) is a consortium of Dallas/Fort Worth area executive search firm owner/operators specializing in contingency, contract, and retained search.  The ESOA meets monthly for the purpose of sharing state of the art practices, investing in resources which enable us to consistently improve our level of service, and encompassing all aspects of managing and directing a successful premium search firm.  Membership is open to independent owners only, and meetings are held monthly at Prestonwood Country Club in North Dallas.  For meeting information click here.
