“Truth is where what is right in our business meets what is smart in our business.” At the core of the search and staffing industry lies our ability to instill trust in both our clients and candidates.  It is about your ability to develop strong trusted, profitable, healthy relationships in any industry and at every level if business. It is about your ability to understand not just the “what” and the “how” of our business, but the “WHY”. This session will provide you with the following recruiting principles and specific skill sets  and the Client Decision Process model to apply them:

Diagnosis: Prescription Before Diagnosis is Search/Staffing malpractice. Always diagnose first before prescribing.

Awareness: You can’t know where you are in your sales process unless you first know where the client/candidate is in their decision process.

 Behavior: Today’s short-term behavior has a long-term consequence.
